2. Professional communication
Use relevant, respectful and professional language. Avoid pressure tactics, public shaming, sexualised communication, repeated unwanted contact and abusive conduct.
3. Safeguarding
Adults must maintain professional boundaries, use approved channels, involve guardians or safeguarding staff where required, avoid private or inappropriate contact and report concerns promptly. The Platform does not replace an organisation’s safeguarding policy.
4. Fair scouting and recruitment
Use relevant criteria, explain material decisions where appropriate, avoid unlawful discrimination, fabricated opportunities and improper payments, and respect local sports and employment rules.
5. Profiles and media
Keep information current and obtain permission before publishing another person’s data or image. Do not edit media deceptively or present old information as current.
6. Conflicts
Disclose agency, referral, sponsorship, commission and other relationships that could influence reports or recommendations.
7. Reporting and retaliation
Use in-product reporting or contact support@prolevel.ro. Retaliation is prohibited. Malicious false reports may themselves violate these Guidelines.
8. Consequences
Responses may include education, warning, messaging restrictions, removal, suspension or termination, with appeal rights where applicable.
