1. Platform ownership
PRO LEVEL software, design, documentation, taxonomy, trademarks and original content belong to PRO LEVEL or licensors. Use does not transfer ownership.
2. User content
Users retain authorised content and grant the operational licence in the Terms. Users remain responsible for image rights, match footage, music, logos, reports, data and guardian permissions.
3. Sports data and databases
Statistics, rankings and compiled datasets may be protected by copyright, database rights, contract or governing-body rules. Import or reuse requires a licence or valid legal exception.
4. Infringement notice
Send notices to office@prolevel.ro with claimant identity and authority, protected work, exact content location, contact details, good-faith and accuracy statements and signature.
5. Removal and counter-notice
PRO LEVEL may disable access, notify the uploader, preserve evidence and restore material where a valid counter-notice or legal basis exists. Repeat infringement may lead to termination. DSA rights apply where relevant.
6. Trademark use
PRO LEVEL names, logos and brand elements may not imply endorsement or partnership without written permission.
7. Feedback
Suggestions may be used without payment unless separately agreed, but confidential information and pre-existing IP are not transferred merely by submitting feedback.
8. Open source
Maintain an internal software bill of materials and comply with all open-source and third-party licence notices.
