This Policy protects users, athletes, minors, organisations, data and infrastructure and applies to all accounts, workspaces, content, exports and integrations.
2. Fraud and deception
- No fake athletes, clubs, scouts, agents, trials, scholarships, contracts or opportunities.
- No impersonation, forged documents, misleading badges, payment fraud, bribery or corruption.
- No misleading claims of guaranteed recruitment, transfer, visa or selection.
3. Safety and discrimination
- No threats, stalking, bullying, harassment, grooming, exploitation or coercion.
- No unlawful discrimination based on protected characteristics.
- No inappropriate private contact, images or meetings involving minors.
- No doxxing or exposure of sensitive personal data.
4. Content and IP
- Upload only authorised content.
- No pirated footage, unauthorised club logos, music or third-party reports.
- No confidential medical, contractual or scouting data without authority and necessity.
5. Cybersecurity
- No malware, phishing, credential attacks, denial-of-service or unauthorised testing.
- No bypassing permissions, rate limits or verification.
- No scraping, harvesting, bots or automated account creation without written approval.
6. Data misuse
- No selling or building external databases from platform data.
- No facial recognition, biometrics or sensitive inference without written approval and lawful basis.
- Delete exports when no longer necessary.
7. Recruitment integrity
- Use relevant, lawful criteria and human judgement.
- Disclose conflicts, commissions and commercial relationships.
- Do not manipulate reports, conceal material facts or pressure vulnerable users.
8. Spam
No unsolicited bulk messaging, repetitive invitations, link spam or unlawful direct marketing.
9. Enforcement
PRO LEVEL may warn, restrict, remove, preserve evidence, suspend, terminate or report conduct. Severity, context, history, safety and legal obligations are considered. Appeals are available where required.
10. Reporting
